Avibook

Terms of Use

Last updated 10 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of the Avibook app and website, provided by [YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME]. By using Avibook you agree to them.

A logbook aid, not an official record

Avibook helps you keep your own records. It is not a CASA-approved system, and it does not replace your official logbook, licence, medical or any record you are legally required to keep. You are responsible for checking that your entries, currencies and expiry dates are correct and for meeting your regulatory obligations. Qualification information in the app is a guide only and may be out of date or contain errors. Always check CASA and your operator.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of what you enter.

Your data

You own your logbook data. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service. You can export it at any time and delete your account whenever you like.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, access other people’s data or use it unlawfully.

Availability

We aim to keep Avibook running well but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own backup copy of important records by using the export feature.

Limits of liability

Avibook is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including from reliance on its currency, expiry or hour calculations. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use Avibook after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
